TIMEgarde is a web-based Time and Attendance package that provides logging and reproting against specific work patterns. Flexibility is the key and the ability to create multiple working times and assign any one of these to an individual ensures that TIMEgarde meets the needs of your particular business. Controlling absenteeism such as sickness, holidays and off-site working is paramount to managing your resources effectively. TIMEgarde allows your staff to enter absences remotely for later approval by departmental managers or HR staff. The fundamental HR fucntionality is ideally suited to smaller businesses.

 

Working Times

The ability to creat and tailor multiple working time patterns allows the system to be tailored to your needs. Default working times can be specified for entire departments providing a quick and easy way of setting up time pattern structures that you wish to implement.



 

Employees

Employees can be added to TIMEgarde in various ways from manual entry through to the import of keyholders from EXgarde PRO. For your convenience employee records include a full range of information fields invluding a photograph, address information, phone numbers and payroll number giving the operator all of the necessary information at their fingertips.



 

Absences

All absence reasons(such as holiday, sickeness and off-site working) are configurable and can be easily added to or edited. Employees are able to choose one of these reasons when registering an absence. Once the absence has been entered an e-mail notification is automatically sent and the departmental manager can review and then make decisions to authorise, reject or make time deductions against the absence


 

Reports

TIMEgarde features a comprehensive range of reports providing you with precisely the information that you need to help keep your business in check. Reporting periods can be easily selected either from a pre-defined list of periods or can be custom defined by the user offering you a maximum flexibility. Exceptions such as an employee clocking in late are clearly highlighted minimising the risk of overlooking important information.
